Miller Park Pavilion Wedding | Bloomington IL

Alex and Barb met as members of the Bloomington Normal Jaycees. Barb used their shared love of motorcycles to approach Alex to see each other outside of the Jaycee meetings. Their first date was a ride to Champaign to have lunch. Their second was another ride, this time to Athens, IL. On their way home in the dark they thought they’d gotten lost on the country roads riding through Funks Grove. When they stopped to check for directions, they realized just how clear it was and that you could see every star in the sky. They ended up laying in the middle of the road stargazing. That was just the beginning of three years of amazing moments together. And then on July 20, Alex surprised Barb by once again taking her out under the night sky and asking her to spend the rest of her life staring at the stars with him!
